Georgetown 5 Under Forty is an annual recognition honoring five individuals under the age of 40 whose leadership, professional excellence, and commitment to service are strengthening the Georgetown community. Presented in partnership with the Rotary Club of Georgetown and the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, the award reflects shared values of integrity, service, and civic leadership.

Michael Pickel
Michael Pickel is a Georgetown business leader known for ethical leadership and community service. As President and co-owner of Texas Traditions Roofing, he has built a values-driven company while actively serving on local boards and supporting community-focused initiatives.

Sam Gallardo
Sam Gallardo is a healthcare professional and business owner dedicated to service and community impact. As founder of On The Run Physical Therapy, he provides personalized, evidence-based care while actively supporting youth programs, nonprofit organizations, and community wellness initiatives in Georgetown.

Mirian Diop
Mirian Diop is a scientist-turned-entrepreneur whose work centers on education and community impact. As founder of Kati Coffee, she combines business leadership with philanthropy, supporting local organizations and expanding access to educational opportunities through partnerships and scholarship initiatives.

Victoria "Tori" Clark
Tori Clark is an entrepreneur recognized for ethical leadership and business growth. As owner of Spa Luxe, she has built a respected local company while actively serving on community boards and supporting organizations that strengthen families, youth, and economic opportunity in Georgetown.

Kim McAuliffe
Kim McAuliffe is a public-sector leader whose work has strengthened Georgetown’s downtown, tourism, and cultural life. As Director of Downtown & Tourism, she oversees key city programs and initiatives that support economic vitality, civic pride, and long-term community development.
